Taylor Jenkins Reid, the author of Daisy Jones & The Six, was recently featured in the June issue of Welcome Home and wrote a wonderful article about female empowerment and the strong female characters in her novels.

If you’re looking for your next great read, Daisy Jones and The Six is it! I loved how this book was told from alternating points of view and it totally transported me back to the days of Stevie Nicks and Fleetwood Mac. All of the characters are so well drawn, especially the women, who are all so strong and dynamic in different ways. I loved every page and truly couldn’t put it down!
