2 Pumpkin Pie Garland

For one 6-pie garland, you’ll need two rectangles of tan felt, one rectangle of orange felt, 6 white pom poms, and a 6-foot length of twine.

3 Pumpkin Pie Garland

Cut the orange felt in half lengthwise, then cut one half into 6 triangles, each measuring 3 ½ inches across and 4 ½ inches long.

4 Pumpkin Pie Garland

Using the orange felt triangles as a guide, cut tan felt triangles of the same size, but extending an extra ¾ inch at the top to create the crust. Hot glue the orange felt to the tan felt, keeping the bottom points aligned.

5 Pumpkin Pie Garland

Starting one foot in from the end of the twine, hot glue the twine to the crust of the first piece of pie. Continue with the rest of the pieces of pie, leaving 3 inches of twine between each piece.

Next, glue the crust to the top. Lay a line of hot glue on top of the twine, then use your fingers to crimp (just like real pie crust!) and press the strip of tan felt on the hot glue until covered. Trim excess felt.
