Lavender Sugar Scrub Recipe
3 Reasons to make your own Sugar Scrubs
- Cost Savings: Sugar scrubs can be an added expense to the already long list of beauty or skin regimens we all look to maintain. One of the many beauty tricks I have learned throughout the years is how to make my own fancy sugar scrubs!
- Variety: You can make several variations of sugar scrubs by changing out the essential oil that you use which makes it super simple to find a scent to work with your skin. An example of this is I love lavender for a calming scrub that I use at nighttime. If I am looking to use this in the morning I usually try a citrus blend to wake me up!
- Shelf Life: these can last for around 2 months if stored correctly, so there is no rush to use them up quickly.
