The smell of chlorine in the morning.
Oh my, how I love the smell of chlorine in the morning!  I’m back into my regular routine of swimming in the morning and heading for the office around 7:15 a.m., where my latte is waiting for me.  While I always enjoy meeting my readers and visiting other parts of the country, I have to confess I’m loving every minute of settling back into my life as I remember it.  Naturally, that includes spending time with the grandkids, and playing fetch with Bogie.  In the evenings, Wayne and I often sit in the yard with a cup of coffee or an occasional glass of wine and chat about our day.  Yes, my friends, it feels mighty good to be home again!

I take it you are back in Florida or no? Do you have a pool in Washington state too. I am through cleaning up after dinner and headed out to our pool, it is a 90 plus day and the heat index is 105. I don't know what we are going to do in July and August here in central Florida. sounds like y ou are having a great time, life is short enjoy

I totally understand what you're saying. I have a day off of work tomorrow. I told everyone that, just for tomorrow, that I don't exist. They are not to talk to me - look at me. Not to even think about me. I need a day. I've worked 16 days straight and deserve one for me! You go girl. Enjoy!

Hi Debbie, you deserve to relax and smell that chlorine. I know you love home, but isn't it grand to be famous? I would like to know what that feels like!!!! :-)

Re: The smell of chlorine in the morning.
So gald to hear you are home in Washington.Enjoy the summer and maybe we will see you after Christmas.. When you are on tour again.. Sure was great seeing you this past month.. Thanks for a wonderful time. Some of our Grandchildren will be visiting this coming week.. We plan to take them to the river.. Have you ever been down the river tubing... Its so much fun.. the water never gets above 79 Some of the tubes have bottoms so I put my beach towel down and I am never cold (unless I fall in)which i did last July...Don't laugh... I acted like a fool.. I was screaming to get me out.. I was so cold.. Well back to work I am almost to 1000 books and many more to go...started my own blog.. oh there is a woman who I saw in Talhassee who was going to email me I have pictures...maybe she will read this.
