Book Fair
Wayne and I are off to the Martin County Book Fair in Stuart, Florida this weekend. My husband generally attends with me, especially if the event is within driving distance of our home. The event starts off with an evening cocktail reception to raise funds for the library. While I’m practicing my power schmoozing techniques, he’ ll be doing a private wine tasting and menu sampling. I always enjoy book fairs. Not only is it a wonderful opportunity to meet my readers, but I often am able to spend time with other authors whose work I read and admire.

Hope you have a great time... Gene took me 30 miles today and he is worn out... So he says... looks ok to me.. I can't help it if his boney body hurts when he sits to much and driving that far is sitting a lot... Oh well will be thinking of you .....

I'll be there at the library at 3:00 p.m sharp..probably earlier; i'll be coming up from Palm Beach County to catch a glimpse of you!! My husband will be coming too! He enjoyed meeting you in Coral Gables last year, he's looking forward to coming with me tomorrow! (Hope you'll be doing some book signing too! Can't wait!! See you manana! LOL Kathi :)

I love book fairs too, I surely enjoyed meeting you in Dunedin a few years ago. Our libraries here in Citrus County have two book fairs a year raising money for the library system. We almost moved to Stuart, but choose the west coast of FL instead. Have a great time, I know you will,

I do have a curious question, I am an unpublished writer and I have wrote a book but I am unable to get it published due to the outragious fees. I was told that writers dont have to pay to publish their work but that they are paid for their work to get published. Is this true?

I believ you. Book fairs are entrancing especially if you have been infected with the love of knowledge and a desire to grow. I would hope,Debbie, you visit my blog. It will be worth your time and I would like your opinion of some of my postings,especially Resplendent Victory.
