Debbie, the actress!

For three days last week I was part of a large photo shoot for the Cedar Cove Cookbook, which will be available in September 2009. On Thursday I stood holding a plate of muffins for four hours! As far as I’m concerned, models are grossly underpaid. I also did a cooking video for one of the cookie recipes, which will be on a number of websites. (I’ll let you know when I find out where.) The video was a whole lot of fun, and you know what the best part was? Sampling the completed cookie! I will say one thing about this cookbook--it’s gonna be incredible!

I collect cookbooks. I am not a great cook, but some day when I retire, I might be, you just never know!! I will buy it when it comes out.

I love it when things come out in September. I get to ask for them for my birthday. I am looking forward to this cook book.

That is very sweet of you, and sounds delightful. Your books have opened a world of reading joy for my mother, and she loves cookbooks, so it will be on our list next year. :)

I love cookbooks as well as I am now home more and really love a cookbook that I got that is all fir crockpot recipes. I am one that has a 1000 things to do so do not want to spend all day in the kitchen. Except at holiday time, we have pies, peanut butter bon bons, M&M cookies, rice crispy treats and so much more. Oh, cannot forget the fudge too.

I can now make my list for a birthday gift. My birthday is in September and I love cookbooks. My husband is the cook but I enjoy the eating. Looking forward to your cookbook.

It IS amazing. My favourite recipe (so far) is for "Peanut Butter Sandwich Cookies." They are a hit wherever I turn up with them. Work, Birthday Parties, Pig/Corn Roasts. Oh... and the filling also makes Great icing for Banana Bread/Muffins. Oh so fattening but PB and Banana are staples of life, No?
