Back at my desk
New York was incredible, fabulous and fun, but after a week away it feels mighty good to snuggle up with my sweetheart. Today I’m back in the office ready and eager to return to Cedar Cove. My characters get downright cranky when I stay away too long. Charlotte is giving me a real earful, so I best cut this short. The dear woman is beside herself with frustration. It used to be my husband and my kids; now I have to contend with my characters!

Glad you are home safely. You might try genealogy as a hobby. The ancestors don't talk back! How I appreciated that when my 3 kids were teenagers! Please do take care of Charlotte. I just love her! NM in MN

Re: Back at my desk
She is probably (Charlotte) giving you an earful of her frustration with that awful David!! I am about half way through, Mary Jo hasn't had the baby yet, but I am sure Charlotte and Ben are ready to go after him.

I just loved your Cedar Cove Christmas book. I couldn't
put it down. Can't wait for the next Cedar Cove book. I just
wish it wasn't so long between editions.

Re: Back at my desk
Of all the characters of your Cedar Cover series, I like Charlotte the best. She is the epitome of a sweet, take charge grandma. Glad you had a good time in NY, and came home to "snuggles".

Yeah, traveling is fun, but it's always nice to come home again. Sorry that Charlotte is giving you an earful!

Re: Back at my desk
Your "Cedar Cove" characters have become old and dear friends to me, Debbie; as their creator, they may seem more like your children-even Charlotte! I so adored "Cedar Cove Christmas," and look forward to see how things progress with Mary Jo and Mac! Thanks again for your hard work!
