Twenty Questions
Our son, Ted, and his family are visiting our Florida home for their vacation this year. They arrived on Sunday. The day he arrived Wayne and I received no less than five phone calls. Questions like, “How do you turn up the air conditioning ? What’s the code to the garage? How do you get the top down on the convertible? What’s your neighbor’s name?” But it was the final question that gave me pause. “Mom, I don’t want this to scare you, but do you have a plunger?”

enjoyed the story. I really enjoy the Blossom Street books. I own most (if not all) of them. I'm in the process of moving so I'm not sure what I have and don't have but I have read all of them. I'm a knitter too and love the relationships between all of the ladies in the books. Love leslie

I am sorry it has stormed everyday since you boy and his famiy been here. But we still have the heat. Tell them to go to Rapids Water Park in West Palm. That is a blast!! Have them go to tcpalm.com and read about the "whats happening" in the area.

we too were gone for a few days and no one even used our toliet and the first time we flushed it started to overflow. I don't think the cats could have done anything to cause it or the jack russell we are watching (she is our God child)but then you never know with her she is full of mischief.

Re: Twenty Questions
The best purchase we ever made was a toilet snake. My kids still haven't mastered the art of using an acceptable amount of toilet paper!
On a totally separate note - I FINALLY got my hands on all 7 of the Cedar Cove books. I didn't want to start reading the series until I had all of them. I just finished 311 Pelican Court and was very happy to see that you mentioned Redding, CA in the book. Who knew our little town was so popular! :)

I was introduced to your books by my mother. I have all of your Bloosom Street books and I am looking forward to the new one next year.
I have two boys who are grown and They often call home with 20 questions.
Thanks for the books!

Re: Twenty Questions
Ain't it great when your kids still need ya for something? Okay, so any question with the word plunger in it is not guaranteed to produce joy, but we parents (and grandparents!)look for the positives in situations, if only to retain our sanity! Glad you're back home safely, and Happy 4th of July, Debbie and Wayne!
