City 19 out of 20

I’m in city 19 out of 20 and meeting up with Wayne tomorrow.  From there we will drive to Fort Wayne, IN (with a side trip to Clarksville, GA) and on toward home.  I’m not ashamed to admit I’m really home sick for Wayne, the kids and grandkids.

I’m not able to write while I’m traveling so heavily, but one good thing is I’ve been going to bed with plot ideas, so lots of new stories are taking root.  The huge pleasure of meeting so many readers, who have been phenomenal, continues to lift my spirits, even when I lost my voice in Phoenix.  I got treatment, and I’m glad to say it’s working and I’m 80% better than I was!

Re: City 19 out of 20
hope you feel better, take care of yourself, alone time is great (if what you do can be alone time)but one does miss their family after a while. I"ll say a prayer for your continuing recovery. I have just lent 3 of your paperback books to my very best friend from Penescola, she hadn't read any of your books. We couldn't have that could we? You can trust friends to save them, I hope, I know she will read them, she is an avid reader. We like historical novels too. be better,

Re: City 19 out of 20
I am not sure that people don't think 20 Wishes is the best read ever. I finished mine in a day or two after it became available. Friends are still telling me how they hate that it ended, they wanted it to go on and on.

I am sorry that you are sick too. This is my time of year to get sick. Knock on wood, nothing so far. I am glad you are meeting up with Wayne tomorrow. It must be hard for him too. Vero is still hotter than ever. I went to the library and got your Christmeas book about Shirley, Goodness and Mercy. I got it on books on tape. I wished more of your books were on tape. I walk on the treadmill with them. Enjoy the ending of your tour and watch out for all the nasty weather in the upper states.
Margie,

Nothing like travel to feed the mind and imagination. I get many illustrations for the pastorate by traveling and watching people.

I love, love, love your books! And I appreciate your "umph" in doing all the traveling to promote them! What a woman! LOL Last week I uploaded "Knit Together" from Itunes because it is so inspirational (and don't we all need that)! Thank you, you will never know how much you touch hearts (until we get to Heaven that is)!!

I was one of the many to meet you in Coral Gables, FL (city 19)! You are a wonderful lady and I am so honored to have met you. Mom (Jody) and I will never forget that night. I hope you and Wayne had a safe trip back to Seattle.
