Like Thomas Jefferson, I cannot live without books. Last year, while on tour, I carted nine books with me. I am not making this up. Nine books. I had my Bible, my journal, (actually, two journals) two or three novels, and then I found a couple of cookbooks I couldn’t live without. You get the picture. By the time I headed home my suitcase weighed more than I did. A few months later I had rotator cuff surgery, which is a good indication of exactly how heavy the suitcase was. In preparation for this upcoming tour my sweet husband purchased a Sony Reader and downloaded the Bible and several other books for me. Technology is a wonderful thing.

I was surprised by a laptop for my birthday a couple years ago. Ron bought it for me because he knew I wouldn't do it myself.
God brings wonderful men into our lives. He also brought me a couple idiots, so that when I found someone as good as Ron, I knew it and could appreciate it.
I have a little MP3 player so I can listen to audio books. I can't live without them either!
I purchased a Sony Reader in January in hopes of clearing out some of the clutter AND giving my back a break from carrying around a big heavy purse....absolutley love the reader, but I still need my books too, for those that cant be downloaded as of yet. And of course I have about 75 books in my Reader, my husband calls me a "Book Junkie".
I have downloaded everything that Sony E Books has under your name, hoping there will be more soon.
Take Care!!
