Leap Year!

Today is the answer to my problems.  I’ve been feeling overwhelmed with everything I need to finish before I leave for my short European tour in March.  Then right at the end of February God decided to bless me with an extra day so I can catch up.  This is great.

I hardly know where to start.  First off, I need to finish a synopsis I’ve been writing; it’s well past time for a manicure; there’s this movie I’ve been dying to see; I haven’t had a date night with my husband in weeks; I owe my Aunt Betty a letter; and . . . .gee, I’m beginning to wonder if an extra day is going to be enough.  What February really needs is 30 days every four years.  Then, just maybe, I can get caught up!

Re: Leap Year!
It would really take more than one day for me to get caught up. So I will use this day to relax and forget my to do lists. Happy Leap Year to you! I love your blog.

Re: Leap Year!
Well this Leap Year, I will always remember...My two grandbabies after being with us 3 & 2 years have went to live with their father. :( They are close and we will see them but man, what a tough hit. But...I also have a brand new grandbaby girl who resides in OH. She was born Feb, 7th and weighed in at 5.12 pounds and 18 inches long. Her name is Jennika (Jenna) Judith Kimbrell. We also have one grandson we still have in our home with a possibility of adopting. But tons to do today and I felt I was going around in circles. Finally have things ready to attend our Secret Sis Breakfast from church in the morning. So life moves on and with prayer things get easier by moments at times. :(

Re: Leap Year!
Leap year, I did not even know this was leap year. I've been looking for a job while working one job and I've been frustrated. However, my shop room, paint room, and two closets are cleaned. My house work is even caught up. I've even rearranged my office. Now if I could get back to some kind of job and a schedule in the office for the main job.

Re: Leap Year!
It does sound like you can't get caught up in one day. How about taking Wayne to see the movie and that way you have had a date and the movie too. My sister Lynn, was just here for 10 days and I know what you mean about catching up, but bless my husband when I asked him what we were going to do today, he said rest, rest, rest. I have caught up some of my emails and correspondence so I will go back to resting. Take care of yourself first. I loved my trip to Ireland the best of all the places I lived and visited overseas, you will feel rested there, there is something magic about the place.
