Wide-eyed at 3 a.m.
My day got off to a shaky start. I woke up at three this morning, wide-eyed and raring to go. Don’t you just hate it when that happens?
I did manage to go back to sleep, and when I got up I held firm to my resolve to exercise, so I used the exercise bike for a time. That energized me so much I sat down at my computer and finished my current work in progress, A CEDAR COVE CHRISTMAS. Yup, the book is done (with the exception of revisions and edits, of course). It's party time, although it's probably going to be an early night for this tired puppy.

Cool another book from one of the best writers around! I am a night owl and still get up at 5 or 6. It seems that is when I get my quiet time.

LOL don't you hate that? But, at least you got something constructive done. A lot of people read to go back to sleep. I usually wake up from pain, so I read, to go into someone else's world. I get involved and don't go back to sleep! So, I'm up. Been up since about 2:30 AM. Wish I had the talent to write. But, you keep on writing! We all love to hear that you've finsished another book :).

IS that why I woke up at 3:30, I must has known it was time to see what Debbie was doing. I am so glad it is a Cedar Cove Christmas, I just love Cedar Cove better than any soap opera or nighttime drama could ever hope to be. Glad you got back to sleep, so did I by willing myself to stay in bed and keeping my mind (what little there is) shut down. Did it again last night and said no way, we are not getting up this early. Celebrate, we are all happy for you, have a great weekend, is it raining down there, we are here in Hernando (the city of Hernando in Citrus county) but we have needed it so badly that it is truly a blessing, sure have gotten a lot of housecleaning and closet cleaning done because of it, but of course I managed to read 3 of your new and old books this week too. It is a great time of the year for evening old movies in prep for the Academy awards. Take care

This is awesome, I can hardly wait until it hits the shelves. I recently bought your series for my Palm Pilot so I am never without one of your books. I am also looking forward to reading 8 Sandpiper Way.
