How was your day, Honey?
On Monday I crammed as much as I could into a single day. After three radio interviews, a videographer took footage of me for a one-minute video greeting and then he and I traipsed about town for the last of the Cedar Cove Readers’ Group questions, also for video. I visited the doctor for my pre-operation appointment, had blood work done, managed to actually work on the revisions for 20 Wishes (my 2008 hardcover) and then raced over to Bremerton with my daughters Jody and Jenny to meet my dear friend, June Scobee Rodgers.
By the time I arrived at home it was almost nine o'clock. Wayne looked at me and asked innocently, “What did you do all day?” I think he’s actually looking forward to having me underfoot for six weeks while I recuperate.
